May the words of my mouth
and the meditation of my heart
be pleasing in your sight, LORD
my Rock and my Redeemer.
The Israelites did not leave Egypt poor and helpless. They were very wealthy and had all they needed to survive. They had more than they needed to build, grow and prosper. We know that they took with them almost 10,000 pounds of silver and gold and over 5,000 pounds of bronze. Which was used to build the tabernacle. This didn’t include the wood, fabric, jewels, and other gold and silver that was used for Aarons vest, the altar, golden lampstands, golden calves, and livestock for offerings, etc. Exodus 36-39 God even gave special talents and abilities to the Israelites so they could accomplish that which he had called them to do. Exodus 31:1-11
God didn’t give them quail because they needed it, but rather because they wanted it! Exodus 16
He not only supplied their needs but their wants!
When the Israelites were leaving Egypt they were not just taking away cheap labor from Pharaoh and the Egyptians.
They were taking the wealth and riches of the land. They were taking the Blessing of God.
When we are in the desert during our wilderness journey we have all we need to survive.
God has already supplied all we need for the journey.
I am sending an angel ahead of you to guard you along the way and to bring you to the place I have prepared for you. Exodus 23:20

Jesus was in the wilderness where he was tempted by Satan for 40 days. He was among the wild animals and angels to care of him. Mark 1:12
You have everything you need wherever you are.
God has promised he will never leave you or forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:8
