If Jesus Were Never Born

Many years ago in a land far away,
a young unmarried girl found herself pregnant one day.
How could this have happened? How can this be?
she asked the angel, explain this to me.
The young girl named Mary was troubled,
and bewildered at what this may mean
But the Angel assured her do not be afraid
God has a plan for this child you will birth.
He is the son of God and He will be the Savior
of the earth.
But what if Mary had chosen not to give birth?
To this child God had destined to be our Savior and King
What if Herod had succeeded in the task of killing the child?
What if God’s son had never been born?
Because of a choice a young girl had made
Or the government deciding the child had no worth
It’s destiny doesn’t matter, no need for the birth.
That’s what’s happening in the world today
the people decide and the child has no chance
for its destiny was just a one night romance,
of an unmarried girl or a career minded lady
who didn’t want to be bothered with having a baby.
Or a father who said lets get rid of this child
Before our live’s are ruined and our plans get messed up
A child’s too much bother, to much of a fuss.
Every child is a gift from God, oh why can’t you see?
What right do we have to take a child’s life,
that’s crying out from the womb saying,
Give me the choice of life, oh please hear my plea
So I can be all God intended for me.
I may make a difference in the world just like you
but my chance was destroyed while still in the womb.
Think about Jesus if He hadn’t been born
your life would really be tattered and torn
There would be no hope there would be no joy
All because of one baby boy.
